Zarko Luksic Sandoval


Lawyer trained at the University of Chile and doctor in public law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has been a university professor and has held important public positions, being, among others, deputy and undersecretary of Labor. He provides personalized professional advisory services to his clients, also assuming the defense in judicial litigation in labor courts and administrative procedures, and in collective bargaining, offering strategic advice and participating in their processes. He has extensive training and experience in the administrative and constitutional fields. He is a consultant and informant in matters related to this subject, developing strategies and assuming the defense before courts of special jurisdiction and constitutional courts, and in State administration bodies.
