In her professional practice she has concentrated on the field of corporate and societal law, advising various national and foreign clients in M&A, negotiations, reorganizations, divisions, the transformation and restructuring of businesses, investment project agreements, reports and in the execution of all type of contracts. She has experience representing clients before the National Economic Affairs Investigation Bureau, in approval processes for monitoring operations.

During her professional practice, she has advised various companies in the energy and electrical sector, and in the automotive sector. Currently, she works as lawyer and secretary of the Board of Directors of the National Automotive Association of Chile (ANAC A.G.) since 2016.
