Sofia Rebolledo López

Lawyer, Universidad de Chile. Practicing since 2021, her experience has been developed in litigation in different areas, particularly civil, administrative, and consumer law. In recent years, she has focused her practice on labor law, advising companies in diverse sectors on both the preventative management of their labor relations and representing them in legal proceedings in Labor Courts and Superior Courts of Justice. She has also specialized in matters related to Law No. 21,643, also known as the “Ley Karin” conducting various investigations into workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and violence in the workplace.
