Practicing law since 2019. Her professional experience has focused on labor and litigation, offering comprehensive advice that also covers commercial, construction, and litigation matters. She advises domestic and foreign clients of various sizes and sectors throughout the entire employment relationship cycle, including hiring processes, compensation structuring, contract termination, labor audits, due diligence, internal investigations under the Karin Law, and collective bargaining. She is also responsible for drafting and reviewing labor documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and representing clients in labor-related legal disputes.
