Responsible partner:
José Manuel Valencia Cerasa
Our team is results-oriented and always seeks to minimize distractions to our clients' businesses. Our expertise is not only confined to domestic controversies, but we also engage in cross-border disputes in front of international organizations (ICSID – ICC), as well as in major international arbitration venues. This area deals with highly complex litigation, commonly in the Infrastructure and Construction industries (public and private biddings, EPC contracts, public works, concessions, among others) and also in contentious administrative litigation. The scope of cases we have resolved is wide and includes a varied array of civil, commercial, labor and administrative disputes. We are keen to give advice and engage in all kinds of industries including mining, energy, infrastructure as well as environmental conflicts. Ultimately, we have been involved in high-stakes disputes of complex infrastructure projects and public and private procurement cases.
